She specialises in helping organisations navigate pivotal moments of growth, transformation and commercial complexity. Her experience spans commercial and go-to-market strategy, fractional and interim leadership, AI adoption, sales force effectiveness, organisational transformation and leadership capability. Krit has led portfolios exceeding $300 million in revenue per annum across oncology, cardiovascular, inflammation, nephrology and rare diseases, with a track record of translating strategy into stronger execution, organisational capability and sustainable commercial performance. She is the Founder and Principal of APEX Edge Solutions, a Sydney-based boutique consulting and fractional executive practice partnering with pharmaceutical, biotech, digital health and healthcare organisations across Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific. Krit brings the perspective of both an operator and an adviser — combining enterprise-level strategic thinking with a pragmatic understanding of what it takes to deliver results in complex healthcare environments. She is currently completing the Australian Institute of Company Directors Company Directors Course.
